
Welcome to the Book of YOUR Life, a 21-day journey focused on Emotional Gratitude and trying to un-stuck (or in certain circumstances un-fuck) your life a little bit, guiding you toward becoming a kinder human. As luck would have it, it really just takes a 1% improvement daily to get you off the railroad and give you a little hope before AI finally destroys the last bit of it (or not). In short, I genuinely think this will benefit your existence, because it helped me — and I am obviously very important and famous (jokes abound in this book).
In a world filled with endless routines and self-help advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. If I see another fucking cold plunge, 4 a.m. routine, or gym bro endlessly posting about his gains, I am literally going to throw up — and not the pleasant alcohol-induced kind.
